1、How to play/Game mechanics？

The game play tutorial is available in each game interface. Please note the help button on the top right, and it is a exclamatory mark. Click the help button you will know how to play this game. Hope this answer will be helpful and we wish you good luck in the game!

2、Why am I not able to add cash?

The current payment channel requires at least ₹ 500 for each order.

Please choose or enter amount equal to or more than ₹ 500 to add cash.

3、When can I put a withdrawal request?

You can submit withdrawal request anytime but currently the bank service for withdrawal is from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. So for orders not submitted between these time windows will get delayed.

We are working hard to add more withdrawal channels so that withdrawals can be processed round the clock. Thanks for your patience.

4、Can I cancel a withdrawal request after it is placed?

No, a withdrawal request once placed, cannot be canceled as bank would have processed it already. Thus, you must check the account details carefully before placing a withdrawal request.

5、Why am I not able to withdraw?

The current payment channel requires at least ₹ 1100 for each order. Please enter amount more than or equal to ₹1100 in order to put a withdrawal request.
